Decided to use a team I've never used before, and I liked the Oklahoma State uniforms, so I went with them.
I'll post some more tomorrow as I have the day off.

So far we are 1-0 after trouncing Mississippi State. It's interesting to see zero spread offenses. I'll post more detailed stats around mid season.
Running a 2 QB and 2 HB offense where I get all 4 guys going in the run game. My QBs don't have great throwing ability so I stick to mostly a ground game.
Actually going to sim a season and recruit so I can get some guys that I brought in.

We went 9-4 our first year with losses to Nebraska, Colorado, Iowa State, and Oklahoma.
Pulled in the top recruiting class.
Full 25 players. No worse than 3* Players. Final breakdown being 2 5*, 11 4*, 12 3*. Should be much better going into year 2.
I'm running the Georgia Tech offense so I needed a lot of athletes for the QB/HB/FB spots and my secondary needed a lot of help which I think it got.

Year 2 #25 Oklahoma State
Offense: Triple Option Defense: 4-3
Key Offensive players:
FR QB #6 Anthony Booker (78 Overall)- Recruited to run the option offense, he's athletic and has the tools to do it. SR(RS) HB #28 David Thompson (89 Overall)- Quick back, not a lot of top end speed. Good in space. FR(RS) HB #1 Nathan Simmons (82 Overall)- Fast runner, great at getting to the edges in the option offense. FR FB #47 Adam Haumiller (70 Overall)- Not a great blocker, but like a third runningback in the backfield for the team. FR WR #86 Marcus Dahl (76 Overall)- Will be the primary target in what little passing game there is. Big guy, good hands. JR(RS) TE #85 Alonzo Mayes (88 Overall)- Beast at the TE spot. Good blocker, good hands.
Key Defensive players:
FR LE #98 Robert McCoy (80 Overall)- Best player in the #1 recruiting class. Has the speed and strength to beat Tackles already. SO CB #17 RW McQuarters (83 Overall)- Only underclassmen starting in the secondary. Most talented. Good return man.
FR K/P #57 Mike Gschwend (85 Overall)- Late get in recruiting, but could be the key in close games.
Schedule:
@ Boston College BYE vs Baylor vs Duke BYE vs Army at Navy at Missouri vs #3 Nebraska BYE at #7 Colorado vs Tulsa vs #15 Kansas State at Iowa State vs Tulane

Nice recruiting class you got there. Who won the Heisman in '95 if you remember?

It was an Iowa State RB.
Eddie George was 2, Frazier 3, Tiki Barber 4.
